Y’all, Growler’s Pourhouse is celebrating their 6 year Anniversary on Thursday August 25th!
I hear they’ve got some awesome surprises planned in addition to specials on Tullamore Dew Sours and Sailor Jerry Stormy’s! I’ll be there armed with giveaways and a smile, so find me for some fun, k?
I can barely contain my excitement for our forthcoming event at Heist Brewery!!
Please join us on 3/10 for the hippest party in Charlotte. DJ Justin Aswell will be spinning the best of Canada while Stefan serves up some Forty Creek Whisky cocktails for $5 bones. Enjoy hockey on the telly and some special surprises from our neighbors to the north along the way!
Oh and it’s free! Don’t forget your denim!
So I’ve already posted about the awesomeness that is Bob Peter’s Mixology lab on Saturday but I haven’t told you guys about this super cool dinner at Davidson Street Public House on the 18th.
Here’s the sitch, you can swing through DSPH and try any one of their featured dishes…all made with Jagermeister or Jagermeister spice. No really. How about a Jagermeister spice cake with pears and blood orange meringue? I was lucky enough to sample the cake this week, if you come in on the 18th, come just for the cake, seriously. Chef Clayton has outdone himself with a super creative menu that you’re guaranteed to love. See the photo below for proof of all the goodness!!!
As if stuffing your face wasn’t enough, bartender Frances has created some really great Jagermeister cocktails to choose from.
I really hope to see you guys out at DSPH on November 18th, its seriously gonna be fantastic.
Hey guys, I know you’ve been anxiously watching the construction going on inside the old Miyagi’s space on North Davidson Street to find out what would take it’s place. The wait is over, the new bar is called Davidson Street Public House and it officially opened it’s doors to excited customers on Thursday Night.
I have to say, even though I’m a bit biased, I really love the space and the food. The menu is full of tasty treats including the PBLT- a pork belly BLT and the Sailor Jerry Bread Pudding.
Like any other gastropub, there is plenty of local and not so local craft beer to sip on. The cocktail menu isn’t out yet but I’m told it will be filled with a few classics and a few original craft cocktails, which we can’t wait to try.
Public House is open everyday. Stop by and tell them BoozinQC sent you.
